The Westmont

Named after the Jazz Musician Wes Montgomery, The Wesmont Luxury Apartments Building sits on 15th Street between Lewis Street and Yandes Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The primary facade faces Lewis Street and the Monon Trail, one of the local hiking and biking trails which traverse the city.

The four story apartment building consists of 188 apartment units and boasts multiple Amenities for its residents including a Fitness Room, Dog Park, Exterior Pool, and Interior/Exterior Community areas that flow into one another. Bike rooms have been dispersed around the building to promote cycling and the use of Monon trail across the street.
