Overview

St. Thomas Flats is a two-phase, 92,000 SF student housing development near the campus of the University of Alabama. Five residential buildings house 92 one- and two-bedroom units, in addition to a clubhouse and pool. The clean, contemporary aesthetic incorporates both continuous and private balconies, open floor plans with large windows to maximize natural daylighting, and large overhangs.
