Folksong is a luxury apartment community in Flowery Branch, Ga located south of the Atlanta Falcons training facility off Hog Mountain Road. The complex has 342 spacious units ranging from studio apartments, to two bedrooms.

Residents will have access to a several amenities throughout the community, including a large central green space containing a putting green, fire pit and just off to the side a dog park area. Other amenities include a large gym looking onto the pool deck where there is an outdoor fireplace, grills, bocce court and various seating areas. The clubhouse adjacent to the pool deck includes a business center, clubroom, and game room. The rear of the site will have access to a future trail system connecting the community to Stonebridge Village shopping area south of the site and Hog Mountain Sports Complex north of the site.
