Overview

Phase 2 of Elements on 30th is a 25-unit expansion of the modern student housing project within sight of the University of Alabama football stadium in Tuscaloosa. This phase adapted the original unit layouts into a modern farmhouse aesthetic with high pitched roofs, board and batten siding, and clean, bold lines. The bedrooms each offer a private bathroom, 9’ ceilings, and stained concrete floors along with access to a private balcony opening to the outdoors. A clubhouse building matches the residential design, incorporating a leasing office, expansive gym overlooking the private pool deck, and a rentable second-story common space that takes advantages of views of the stadium to the west.
