Overview

As a response to the devastation of the April 27^th, 2011 tornados in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, the neighborhood of Elements on 30^th is a planned community of contemporary residences that offer extensive outdoor living through a series of intimate communal courtyards. Each residence contains an open-plan layout with ample natural light and views into the courtyard spaces. The bedrooms each offer a private bathroom, 9’ ceilings, and stained concrete floors along with access to a private balcony opening to the outdoors.
