Overview

The Residences at Gallatin is a twelve building, 188 unit affordable housing project in the scenic riverside town of Gallatin, Tennessee. Due to the density of the site, Fifth Dimension worked with the developer to create a low density neighborhood feel utilizing a series of two-story buildings, incorporating deep balconies, extensive brick facades, and walk up entries for all of the homes. Residents have access to swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, business center, detached garages, and a playground.
