Inspired by the laid-back ethos of “Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes,” this master-planned Margaritaville Resort translates a beloved brand into a fully realized coastal village. The design weaves together a marina-fronted hotel and luxury condominium core, a pedestrian retail promenade, a multi-tier resort pool and waterpark complex, and a neighborhood of pastel-hued single-family cottages. A Key West-influenced vocabulary of standing-seam metal roofs, deep porches, louvered shutters, and crisp white-and-turquoise palettes carries across every building type, giving the community a singular sense of place while accommodating a wide range of traveler experiences.

From the intimate scale of the cottages to the civic presence of the marina-anchored mixed-use buildings, the project demonstrates a disciplined approach to resort master planning: layered circulation that prioritizes the pedestrian, amenity programming that doubles as architectural centerpiece, and a careful balance between brand expression and authentic coastal architecture.
