Overview

The Notch at Nora is a 186-unit, market-rate multifamily development on 4.35 acres in the Nora neighborhood of Indianapolis. The project provides residents direct access to the Monon Trail, a 10.4 mile rails-to-trails greenway. Resident amenities also include a pool, clubhouse, fitness room, bike storage, package room, and dog park. The clean, contemporary buildings are stepped back at the fourth floor to provide expansive terraces, while reducing the building scale along the Monon, as well as the roadway and adjacent property.
