Bim Technology
BIM is the future of architecture. 4D modeling makes complex systems easy, allowing a smooth flow from idea, to drawing, to implementation. Modeling the entire building including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural components in a virtual 5D model allows us to work as an integrated team with our designers, engineers, and contractors.
Laser Scanning
Utilizing millions of precisely scanned points, our staff utilizes laser scanning to map existing conditions within 1mm accuracy. These point clouds allow us to provide a better starting point for documenting existing conditions and help to minimize unknown factors during the design process.
Drone Surveying
